Y2help.org (referred to as "we," "our," or "the organization") is a non-profit entity dedicated to supporting the less fortunate through charitable activities such as providing free Bibles, aiding in children's education, and offering gifts to orphans.
Shipping Charges Refunds: Shipping charges are non-refundable, as they are used to cover the logistics and delivery of the items you order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If the items you receive are damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost or provide a refund for the shipping charges.

Order Cancellation: You can cancel your order before it has been shipped by contacting us at info@y2help.org. Once the item has been shipped, cancellations are not possible, and the shipping charges will not be refunded.
